Three gaming cafes in Poznan with 42 stations. We built the full system — online booking, automated door access codes, payment via BLIK/card/Apple Pay, and a management dashboard tracking revenue, station usage, and customer flow across all locations. Customers book, get a door code, walk in, play. No staff needed.

Bossa nova artist performing in restaurants. Tipping was cash-only and awkward. We built a QR-code system — guests scan, tip via Stripe, and spin a wheel for rewards like song dedications, photos with the artist, or drink vouchers. Tips went digital. Every tip feels like a game, not a transaction.

Full premium brand identity with Playfair Display typography and conversion-optimized design.
